My dog loves the treats. However, I just found out they have chicken byproduct; and her vet has removed chicken from her diet.
I have been placing the bully stick in a holder but this leaves a 1-2 inch nub. Is it safe to give this to my dog when it is out of the holder? The pork lung was a fabulous treat and my dog loves it.
I never see Otis chewing on a bone. In fact, I didn't think he liked them. However, I have learned that when he goes outside or down the hall, he is hiding them. This winter, I found two bones secreted in my lily flower bed. The other day, I heard a crash. When I went to investigate, Otis was trying to put a bone in a box of my great-grandsons' toys. I think he has at least one hidden in my bedroom, but I haven't found it yet. Yesterday, he was prancing around the house with a partially chewed bone in his mouth. Then he disappeared and returned with no bone. Another hidden treat for later.

My dog really enjoyed his mystery chew. At first he wasn’t quite sure what I was giving him nor why was I giving this to him. I assured my dog it was not medicine so he gave it another sniff and chewed it up. Came back for another piece.
I can’t give you a photo because I hid it in his toy box……. Next I checked on him he had found it and only had a little piece to finish.

Our granddog loves his smoked marrow bones! He loves to chew and these bones keep him happy and occupied for a good amount of time. Every time he sees us- he knows that a bone is in his immediate future. The happy dance he does when we walk in the door is priceless. My dog received a small bag of chicken jerky and my dog loves them. No second thoughts just swallow whole in one gulp. I got to be careful that I slow him down and he chews them not just swallows them. I would have liked the pieces of jerky to be a bit bigger. They are pretty small for a medium size dog.
